The Piccolomini Library, north-east wall: pilaster between the third scene and the fourth scene of the ten stories about Aeneas Sylvius Piccolomini, future Pope Pius II, (1503 - 1508), frescoes by Bernardino di Betto, known as Pinturicchio. In the dado, the Piccolomini emblem surmounted by the papal tiara and supported by two putti.
