Grave of Jean-Marie Hatier, 1870-1917, lieutenant in the 122nd infantry division, killed during the First World War, with bronze statue of veiled female mourner, cross featuring Christ wearing crown of thorns, and soldier's helmet, in the Cimetiere de Montparnasse, or Montparnasse Cemetery, created 1824, in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, France. The cemetery holds 35,000 plots and houses monuments to the Siege of Paris and the Commune, as well as a 17th century mill tower, the Moulin de la Charite.
