Sarcophagus of Ty in the burial chamber in the mastaba tomb of Ty, or Ti, an official in the 5th dynasty, Old Kingdom, at Saqqara, Egypt. The sarcophagus and burial chamber are undecorated, in contrast to the walls of the other spaces in the tomb. The burial site at Saqqara, containing pyramids, mastabas and tombs from 1st dynasty to the Greco Roman period, was the royal necropolis for Memphis.
