Werner Forman Archive
A fine art book publisher and professional
photographer by trade, Werner Forman's work has been devoted
to documenting the history, art, religion and customs of the
great civilizations and tribal societies of the past. In the
course of his long career, Werner Forman has photographed
cultural monuments and artifacts in 55 countries. This priceless

Tut Exhibit Comes to USA
Twenty-six years ago, the first King
Tut exhibition inaugurated the era of the museum "blockbuster".
Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs, opening at
the Los Angeles County Museum of Art this June, ups the ante.
Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the
Pharaohs will display treasures from Tutankhamun's tomb, as
well as over 70 objects from other royal graves of the 18th
dynasty.
